Refunds and Credits: Generally
Credits will be issued to the same payment received. If payment was received by cash, money order, check, Western Union, or wire transfer, Wheelfire will refund by check to the shipping address. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement.

Credits: Missing Parts or Incomplete Labor
If you are missing any part of your order call our customer service and they will send you out the missing item. Customers will receive credits up to $40 due to balancing issues.
TIMING: Shortages in missing parts must be reported to the Wheelfire Customer Service Department within 48 hours of receiving the original order. NO EXCEPTIONS
TIMING: For balancing issues, the customer has 7 calendar days to report the problem to the Wheelfire Customer Service Department. No exceptions
